摘要: Abstract The thickness dependent magneto-optical Faraday rotation in Co ferromagnetic thin films and perforated periodic nano-hole arrays were investigated. It was observed that the optical response of strongly on film, reached maximum amplitude at an optimal value 30–50 nm, which contrasted with where increased film thickness. In addition, spectra showed a weak resonantly enhanced peak anti-resonance modes (or Wood’s anomalies) transmission spectra, correspond to local electric field surrounding medium interfaces. All experimental results confirmed by finite-difference time domain calculations.
