摘要: In this paper, a soft-switching single-inductor push-pull converter is proposed. A suitable for low-voltage photovoltaic ac module systems, because the step-up ratio of high-frequency transformer high, and number primary-side switches relatively small. However, conventional does not have high efficiency high-switching losses due to hard switching (copper iron losses) as result turn transformer. proposed converter, are turned ON at zero-voltage condition OFF zero-current through parallel resonance between secondary leakage inductance resonant capacitor. The decreases loss using soft primary switches. addition, can be reduced by half voltage-doubler side. theoretical analysis verified simulation experimental results.
