摘要: Abstract Distiller’s dried grains with solubles (DDGS) is a coproduct of the corn-based ethanol industry and it good resource protein oil for animal feeds. High content DDGS desired because its high nutrition economic values. Physical separation an easy approach to increase fat based on profiles components. Protein rich tends exist in finer particle; fibers observed large particle fraction. A primary sieving connected aspiration fraction used condense contents DDGS. Particle size, air flowrate different fractions derived by are independent variables. The proper combination interaction variables higher flowrate, smaller sizes, heavy And, best efficiency reaches about 29.7% 68.15% respectively. For fiber separation, mild condition results approximately 7%. Additionally, relationship between nutrient can be expressed linear model. specific fractionation process value industry.
