摘要: We have developed novel device where a localised axonal stretch injury is achieved by the integration of pressure-flexible valve in axon compartment fluidically isolated neuron culture device. found that resulted formation smaller growth cones, significantly higher number collapsed cones and different cytoskeletal profile compared to control, uninjured cultures. These results suggest very localized region cortical able trigger degenerative response characterized cone collapse significant abnormal rearrangement.
