摘要: As a public health problem, childhood obesity operates at multiple levels, ranging from individual behaviors to school and community characteristics policies. Examining obesity, particularly any single perspective is likely fail, systems science methods offer possible solution. We systematically reviewed studies that examined the causes and/or consequences of perspective. The 21 included addressed four general areas in obesity: (1) translating interventions large scale, (2) effect on other or economic outcomes, (3) geography (4) social networks obesity. In general, little research addresses true, integrated perspective, available infrequently focuses children. This shortcoming limits ability inform policy. However, we believe largely incremental approaches used current lay foundation for future work present model demonstrating system Systems related are promising understanding link between adult outcomes. models emphasize evolution agents their interactions; such salient context developing child.
