摘要: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is strongly associated with cardiovascular and muscle wasting, arising from numerous factors declining renal function lifestyle factors. Exercise has the ability to impact beneficially on comorbidities CKD accepted as an important intervention in treatment, prevention rehabilitation of other chronic diseases, however, role exercise overlooked, provision programmes well behind those cardiology respiratory services. Whilst there now a large evidence base demonstrating efficacy safety training interventions patients receiving dialysis, this becoming incorporated into clinical guidelines for treatment dialysis patients, paucity research evaluating effectiveness who are not dialysis. Despite this, existing studies indicate that can improve physical functioning positively mediators co-morbid diseases upstream progression disease. Although preliminary appears positive, more required identify best modes, frequency intensities order optimise prescription pre-dialysis patients. This review summarizes what known about main effects discusses potential highlights need further research.
