摘要: ABSTRACTStress testing has been executed to illuminate the inherent stability characteristics of drug substances and products. As an alternative conventional hydrolytic forced degradation, which is carried out at elevated temperature for elongated time period, microwave-assisted heating believed be more promising. The later technique offers many advantages over like fast, efficient heat source, a reproducible result due control parameters, eco-friendly, unlike it heats up only molecules absorb microwave energy not apparatus first.
