摘要: Abstract Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) and Matrix Assisted Evaporation (MAPLE) techniques were applied for growing hydroxyapatite (HA) thin films on titanium substrates. All experiments conducted in a reaction chamber using KrF* excimer laser source (λ = 248 nm, τ FWHM ≈ 25 ns). Half of the samples post-deposition thermally treated at 500 °C flux water vapours order to restore crystallinity improve adherence. Coating surface morphologies topographies specific deposition method evidenced by scanning electron, atomic force microscopy investigations profilometry. They shown depend technique also treatment. Crystalline structure coatings evaluated X-ray diffraction was improved after thermal Biocompatibility coatings, cellular adhesion, proliferation differentiation tests human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). Results showed that annealed MAPLE deposited HA supporting MSCs proliferation, while PLD obtained stimulating osteogenic differentiation.
