摘要: Phase transitions between the quantum spin Hall (QSH) and insulator phases in three dimensions (3D) are studied. We find that inversion-asymmetric systems there appears a gapless phase QSH 3D which is contrast with 2D case. Existence of this stems from topological nature points (diabolical points) 3D, but not 2D.
