摘要: In this work a process for the bio-coloration of bacterial cellulose (BC) membranes was developed. Laccase from Myceliophthora thermophila immobilized onto BC and retained up to 88% residual activity after immobilization. Four compounds belonging flavonoids family were chosen test in situ polymerase laccase. All successfully polymerized by laccase giving rise yellow, orange dark brown oligomers which conferred color support. The optimal conditions studied two tested flavonoids, catechol catechin, varying concentration time incubation. High depth resistance washing obtained both compounds. highly porous material demonstrated great performance as support, contrast other materials cited literature, like cotton or wool. developed is presented an environmentally friendly alternative will contribute deeply development new fashionable products within material.
