摘要: Rising energy prices, geopolitics as well concerns over increasing oil national security, and the impacts of greenhouse gas emissions on global climate change are driving large-scale efforts to implement bioenergy alternatives. Biomass fuels offer many new opportunities, but if not managed carefully, they may also carry significant risks. in this context is non-fossil material biological origin from forest, crops, agriculture and different kind wastes. Markets for generated biomass expanding at a fast pace. Sustainable use of biomass an source requires comprehensive management natural, social and economic resources. Establishing certification schemes possible strategy ensure that bioenergy produced in sustainable manner. At this time, clear traded needed. Different types certification systems, international standards initiatives relevant production already exist. However, analysis experience gained with these systems, reveal that not effective monitor manage all effects energy. There no international consensus universal sustainability requirements inclusion or exclusion certain exemplary criteria one difficulties setting up certification scheme. The role report participate creation market for sustainable extension bioenergy. In attempt support the development implementable scheme biomass production, existing Forest Certification Schemes were evaluated against environmental sustainability through 15 indicators economic 19 indicators identified literature. The set principles suggested final result sampling, evaluation, filtering completion following review literature, analysis activity forestry other sectors. PRINCIPLE 1: shall be environmentally responsible way. Principle 1 is covered by criteria: chemicals; forest/land planning; forest/land monitoring; maintenance diversity; protection areas high ecological value; soil prevention erosion; or enhancement of water quality regeneration harvesting. PRINCIPLE 2: capital. 2 the following recognition respect customary traditional rights of indigenous/local people; protecting health safety employees; provision of information increase public awareness forest planning, operations and/or outcomes; particular historic, cultural spiritual value and children. PRINCIPLE 3: economically viable. 3 by the criterion: enhancement viability operations. The proposed system has hierarchical structure which overall task avoiding unsustainable translated into three principles. Each designed to ensure accordance requirements. goal of the promote responsible, socially beneficial economically viable biomass-for-energy establishing a worldwide standard recognized respected Principles System. Each principle next level guaranteed number workable sustainability criteria.
