摘要: We investigate through numerical simulations the effect of selection on two summary statistics for nucleotide variation in a sample genes from population N asexually reproducing haploid individuals. One is mean time since individuals had their most recent common ancestor (Ts), and other number differences between (ds). In case diminishing epistasis, which deleterious new mutation attenuated, we find that scale ds with size depends rate, leading then to onset sharp threshold phenomenon as becomes large.
