摘要: Disordered gastric motility occurs frequently in diabetes mellitus. Gastric emptying time is abnormal about 50% of diabetic patients and delayed known as an important cause for brittle type 1 diabetes. We compared the rise blood glucose after a standardized meal (oatmeal test) noninvasive screening test gastropathy with measurement ultrasound 2 patients. The result was considered pathological if initial steady state did not reach 20 mg/dl first min (prolonged latency). found sensitivity 90% (58.7–99.8) specificity 100% (71.5–100) oatmeal screening.
