摘要: This paper establishes a model on the upstream and downstream relationship among private enterprises, provincial local officials, central government in real estate market using population ecology theory of mutual relations individual species from perspective business ecosystem. A dynamic is introduced complex dynamical behaviors such predator-prey are investigated by means numerical simulation. The stability conditions dynamics investigated, existence chaos discussed sense Marotto theorem; bifurcation diagrams, Lyapunov exponents, sensitivity analysis for initial values, time history figure system mapped out discussed. shows that there two routes to complicated dynamics, one which cascade flip bifurcations resulting periodic cycles (and chaos), other Neimark-Sacker produces attractive invariant closed curves. We arrive at conclusions phenomenon harmful unstable behavior often unfavorable. Thus, linear feedback control applied drive stable state when exhibits chaotic behaviors, achieving goal eliminating negative effects large extent.
