摘要: The present invention relates to an improved single crystal nickel base superalloy and a process for making same. has composition comprising 3 12 wt % chromium, up molybdenum, 10 tungsten, 5 rhenium, 6 tantalum, 4 7 aluminum, 15 cobalt, 0.05 carbon, 0.02 boron, 0.1 zirconium, 0.8 hafnium, 2.0 niobium, 1.0 vanadium, 0.7 titanium, of at least one element selected from the group consisting ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, osmium, iridium, platinum, mixtures thereof, balance essentially nickel. microstructure which is pore-free eutectic γ-γ′ free gamma prime morphology with bimodal γ′ distribution.
