摘要: Precipitation of crystalline ZrC in the surface region dilute ZrC–NbC solid solutions (<1.0 mol % ZrC) was revealed by electron microscopy, x-ray microanalysis, laser mass spectrometry, and diffraction. The precipitation shown to be a consequence diffusional decomposition Zr1 – xNb x C solutions. boundaries solid-miscibility gap y –NbCy "system were calculated. segregation energy zirconium carbide estimated at –33.3 kJ/mol.
