摘要: Sixty years after the four cornerstones of retail location theory were laid down, a substantial conceptual edifice has been constructed on top central place theory, spatial interaction bid rent and principle minimum differentiation. Although normative in ethos unrealistic assumptions, concepts continue to attract considerable academic attention not little controversy. This paper reviews literature describes some recent comparatively unsung advances, presents simple model evolution draws several neglected research issues.
