摘要: Effect pigments are prepared by a process in which pigment substrate comprising flaky particles, of from 10 to 90% weight have longest dimension 60 400 μm and the remainder 3 30 μm, treated, fluidized bed, with one or more metal chlorides steam gas phase, at elevated temperatures. During this procedure, particles coated oxide. After coating, fraction having particle size is separated off as effect pigment. The coatings obtained adhere very firmly particles. used for coloring finishes, plastics, cosmetic products glasses.
