摘要: APB (DL-2-amino-4-phosphonobutyric acid) has been found to affect the retinal processing of many vertebrate species as evidenced by suppression b-wave component electroretinogram (ERG). The present study examined effects on cone contributions ERG response adult zebrafish (Danio rerio). responses were obtained from light-adapted following intravitreal injection either saline alone or with various concentrations ranging 10 microm 500 microM. APB-treated subjects possess same mechanisms (L-M M-S) middle- long-wavelength areas spectrum injected subjects, absolute lower for APB-injected subjects. based affected but only region. All results appear be independent dose. These support notion that glutamate receptors play a specific role visual processing. In addition, recent anatomical evidence retina may different types receptors.
