摘要: The evolution of RNA sequence needs to satisfy three requirements: folding, structure, and function. Studies on folding during transcription are related directly in the cell. Understanding requires elucidation structure formation structural changes RNA, consideration intrinsic properties polymerase other proteins that interact with RNA. This review summarizes research progress this area outlines enormous challenges facing field. Significant advancement development new experimental methods theoretical considerations all aspects folding.
