摘要: Abstract To date therapeutic compounds for cognitive impairment in dementia has been orientated to neurotransmitter manipulation by cholinergic precursors, agonists or protectors adrenergic seratonergic GABAnergic drugs agents which enhance synaptic connections and/or limit cell death.
