摘要: The isolation and identification, genetic typing, antibiotic sensitivity, biofilm formation of avian Escherichia coli in central China was studied. A total 256 isolates E. were obtained, classified into groups: (50.78%, 130/256), B1 (11.72%, 30/256), B2 (17.58%, 45/256), D (19.92%, 51/256). Drug susceptibility testing revealed that the strains showed a high drug resistance rate against penicillin, aztreonam, rifampicin, kanamycin, clindamycin, gentamicin, with 92.19% exhibiting multi-drug resistance. assay 81.64% could form biofilms. Of isolates, 25.39% strong biofilm-formation ability, 31.25% moderate 28.90% weak 18.36% unable to Most adhesion-associated genes distributed among 5 or 8 biofilm-forming ability isolates. However, 1 4 found non-ability results E.coli isolated from poultry. which have mostly belong pathogenic (B2, D). Furthermore, it first report demonstrate positive correlation between adhesion-encoding biofilms phenotype.
