摘要: Attentional cost incurred for generating handwritten graphic patterns was investigated using a classic dual-task procedure, in which concurrent reaction time (RT) task used as an index of the attentional by primary task. Eight right-handed adults had to trace patterns, characterized 0°, 45°, 90°, 135° or 180° relative phase and corresponding shapes ranging from lines ellipses circles, while responding key press fast possible auditory signal. The results evidenced strong significant correlation between stability produced pattern associated cost. amplitude minor major axes ellipsoids decreased with increase movement frequency, expected nonlinear models oscillatory generation. These findings pave way study (coordinative) processes letter (mal)formation cursive handwriting.
