摘要: Physiological responses (oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion) of the green-lipped mussel (Perna viridis) exposed to four concentrations Cd (0.15, 0.32, 0.70 1.50 ppm) Zn (0.60, 1.29, 2.79 6.00 were monitored for 21 days. Changes occurred in excretion rates O:N ratios with individual mussels experiencing different metal over time. Oxygen rate decreased significantly time Cd-exposed individuals also interaction between concentration Zn-exposed individuals. Although low (<30) obtained most treatments, no predictable correlation was found metals values obtained. The value using ratio as a stress index is questioned.
