摘要: Terminal degeneration following lesions of the medial septal nucleus or contralateral hippocampus was mapped and compared with distribution acetylcholinesterase in hippocampal formation rat. Previously unreported projections were found supragranular region dentate gyrus, an area which is also locus a dense band acetylcholinesterase. This correspondence provides further support for hypothesis that enzyme located efferents. These findings are combined those earlier workers hypothetical model septo-hippocampal relationships.
