摘要: Gastric cancer (GC) is the fourth most common type of malignant tumor worldwide, and causes second highest number cancer-associated mortalities in 2012. tumorigenesis a multistep multifactorial process. In present study, tissue microarray immunohistochemistry analysis were used to detect cytotoxin-associated gene A (CagA), c-Met, phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase (PI3K) Beclin-1 expression 121 GC tumors 120 normal gastric tissues. The clinical relevance prognostic implications CagA, PI3K patients analyzed. Furthermore, Cox proportional hazards model was performed indicate independent factors for patients, including various clinicopathological parameters expression. results indicated that CagA-positive H. pylori infection, may have major roles oncogenesis, invasion lymph node metastasis GC. disease-free survival rate negatively associated with c-Met CagA tissues, positively Overall also PI3K, This be efficient biomarkers predicting DFS infection-associated GC, significantly upregulated downregulated. infection therefore signaling pathway suppression autophagy neoplasia,
