摘要: The anginal threshold was determined by atrial pacing in 23 patients with coronary artery disease. Twelve of the subjects also performed supine exercise at progressive workloads until onset angina. Atrial produced a fall left ventricular stroke work index and end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP); cardiac output increased, and, angina, dysfunction sometimes evidenced, either an increase LVEDP or abnormal postpacing period. In contrast, consistently dysfunction. tension-time angina similar whether pain induced exercise. rate that bore little relationship to clinical anatomic severity (outlined arteriography) workload correlated inversely quantitated Although is convenient tool for study ischemic dysfunction, testing provides more reliable functional
