摘要: The primary function of a B cell (or lymphocyte) is to produce large quantity secreted immunoglobulin (also known as antibody) fight against bacteria, viruses and other foreign insults the human body. Each makes only one distinct which recognizes cognate antigen. It estimated that cells in body can many 1011 different antibodies. Thus, each must undergo series differentiation, selection maturation processes before it endowed with ability functional represent diverse antibody repertoire. While insufficient production thus lead infections, uncontrolled growth leukemia lymphoma. In this article, we will focus on transcription factors signaling molecules involve normal development differentiation. These molecules, when mutated or not tightly regulated, contribute formation malignancies.
