摘要: Background The aim of the study was to characterize histological and epidemiological features lung cancer in Chinese women. Methods Demographic information on female cases identified during 1 January 2000 through 31 December 2012 from Cancer Hospital Academy Medical Sciences were collected. The International Classification Diseases for Oncology system used classify subtypes. Relative frequencies (RF) estimated major subtypes compared by years diagnosis birth, among residential areas. Statistical differences tested RFs time periods with a trend test Pearson Chi square tests distribution. Results Of 7070 cases, adenocarcinoma (ADC) 65.79%; squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) 10.21%; small 8.12%; large carcinoma, 2.79%; adeno-squamous (ASC), 2.19%. ADC increased, 46.72% 2000–2002 76.49% 2011–2012 (Z = 16.998, P < 0.0001); SCC decreased 15.69% 5.97% −8.750, 0.0001). Compared 2000–2006, age-adjusted 2007–2012 consistently increased all areas. Conclusion The significant increase women suggests that persistently strong exposure potential carcinogens population should be further fully investigated.
