摘要: Combination HIV prevention is a high priority for increasing the impact of partially efficacious interventions specific populations and settings. Developing package requires critical review local epidemiology infection regarding most impacted at risk, drivers infection, available to address these risk factors. Interventions should be considered in terms evidence basis efficacy, potential synergies, feasibility delivery scale, which important order achieve coverage impact, coupled with acceptability populations, will uptake, adherence, retention. Evaluation process measures retention, outcome reduction infectiousness acquisition. Three examples combination concepts are summarized men who have sex (MSM) Americas, young women sub-Saharan Africa, HIV-1 serodiscordant couples.
