摘要: −− The aim of this work was to model the catalytic oxidation n-butane and butenes (Raffinate II) mixture maleic anhydride (MAN) over a vanadium-phosphorus oxide (VPO) catalyst in fluidized bed reactor (FBR). three phase Kunni–Levenspiel hydrodynamic (K-L) used describe reactor. obtained differential equations were solved by fourth order Runge–Kutta numeric method. K-L validated fitting comparison with reported experimental data for MAN production from nbutane. For Raffinate mixture, maximum calculated yield about 52% FBR emulsion 49% conversion, 51% selectivity. As conclusion, simulation program demonstrated suitable performance predict selectivity, reactants concentration profiles. Keywords−− Maleic Anhydride, Fluidized Bed Reactor, n-butane, II.
