摘要: Plasminogen activator (PA), which catalyzes the conversion of plasminogen to proteinase plasmin, has been implicated in a variety cutaneous disorders. Lesional epidermis from patients with psoriasis, pemphigus, bullous pemphigoid, and Hailey-Hailey disease contains elevated levels tissue-type PA (tPA) activity compared non-lesional or normal individuals. In present study, we have used Northern blot analysis demonstrate that mRNA for tPA is detectable lesions but not epidermis. These data strongly suggest enzymatic lesional results enhanced synthesis enzyme situ, secondary steady-state mRNA. Cultured keratinocytes likewise are shown contain Previous investigators suggested phenotypes culture, psoriatic epidermis, process wound reepithelialization comparable. Our findings, combined those other investigators, expression may be another common feature under these circumstances.
