摘要: Degradation behavior of the electrical resistance acceptor (Mg)-doped BaTiO3 ceramics was contrasted against different concentrations. Coarse-grained specimens with uniform grain sizes and concentrations were prepared by sintering both in air a reducing atmosphere. The sintered under atmospheres showed similar trends degradation critical dependence on concentration. time to decreased systematically increase An impedance spectroscopy study conducted these samples at various temperatures. equivalent circuit analysis data considered, from which bulk grain-boundary conductivity determined for each composition as function size. Attempts made also determine ionic temperature doping
