摘要: Purpose: The study assessed Tourism and Hospitality Students’ satisfaction with work-related learning (WRL) attachment using a two-stage extended model proposed by Taylor Geldenhuys (2019). It also intends to determine if there are significant student differences between males females the students pursuing bachelor or diploma in hospitality. Also, is moderation effect of third variable (intermediate) on expectation perception students’ satisfaction. Method: Data were collected from 488 survey instrument at onset end attachment. Analysis results was done both SPSS 23 R 4.0.3. applied Multi-Group Analysis-Partial Least Squares (MGA-PLS) analysis permutation test Results: research found no females, category (bachelor diploma) Expectation-Satisfaction Perception-Satisfaction relationship A. However, perception-satisfaction Model B. MGSA-PLS revealed that male have positive as opposed negative insignificant for females. moderating construct, INTER - Intermediate (a product construct Perceptions Expectation) has impact Implications: There need collaboration hospitality industry players academics curriculum design, so meet demands industry.
