摘要: Abstract In this study, a synthetic chiral magnetic nanoselector was prepared by immobilizing bovine hemoglobin on modified silica coated nanospheres. The functionalized nanospheres had core–shell structure, with an average diameter of 65 nm. properties the produced were characterized X-ray diffraction, FT-IR and transmission electron microscopy. used for determination l -tryptophan in presence d -tryptophan. basis method enantioselectivity immobilized magnetite surface. Furthermore, enantioselselectivity site confirmed molecular modeling method. results showed that optimum pH analyte adsorption 7.0. adsorbed amino acid then desorbed acetonitrile/HCl (1:1) determined spectrofluorometric at 358.0 nm wavelength. calibration curve linear range 0.50–33.00 ng mL−1 detection limit 0.01 ng mL−1. have been employed urine samples.
