摘要: The development of Morgagni hernias is related to malformations the embryologic septum transversum after failure sternal and costal fibrotendinous elements diaphragm fuse. overall incidence among all congenital diaphragmatic defects 3% 4%. Inguinal are most common in males females (25% 2%, respectively). An inguinal hernia defined as a protrusion abdominal cavity contents through canal. combination rare, treatment using laparoscopic surgery has not been previously reported. This case presents one-stage repair 2-month-old male.
