The effects of long and short term applications of progestogen containing vaginal sponges and subcutaneous implants on fertility during breeding season in Damascus goats.

摘要: 27.7±0.5 h after the sponge removal in LTS, STS, LTI and STI groups, respectively. The estrous rates were detected as 95.4%, 95.4% 86.3% pregnancy 72.7%, 68.2%, 72.7% 68.3% groups conception found to be 76.1%, 71.4%, 76.1% 78.9% kidding 93.8%, 86.7 %, 87.5% 93.3% prolifi cacy 133%, 130%, 135% 128% No statistical difference response time, rate, rate among (P>0.05). It was concluded that of Damascus goats during breeding season could synchronized succesfully by short or long term application FGA sponges norgestomet implants with combination PMSG PGF2α. fertility parameters detected. Short applications succesful applications. Therefore more useful for fl exiblity usage fi eld conditions.
