摘要: The energy convergence efficiency (η) and dimensionless figure of merit (DFOM) CuO-added (Na0.5K0.5)NbO3 (CNKN) ceramics are larger than those NKN because their large Qm values small dielectric losses. Moreover, the η DFOM CNKN comparable to P-5C ceramics, which exhibit highest DFOM. Furthermore, harvester exhibits a high power density 12 mW/cm3 at 93 Hz with load resistance 250 kΩ; this is similar PZT-based harvester, indicating that ceramic good candidate material for harvesters.
