摘要: In an 8-month strictly controlled dietary study of 16 healthy young men, the long-term effect a low-fat (26% energy) high-fiber (4.5 g/MJ) diet on cardiovascular risk markers hemostatic system was assessed. Fasting blood sampling performed during 4-week baseline period and then monthly intervention. A matched control group men habitual diets also monitored. Median fibrinolytic activity tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA) in plasma significantly elevated (twofold to fourfold) by experimental diet. significant increase systemic euglobulin fraction observed. factor VII coagulant (F VIIc) depressed 5-10% first 2 months last month period. The change did not affect levels fibrinogen, t-PA antigen, or inhibitor type I antigen. conclusion, who were switched from typical Danish high saturated fat low-fat/high-fiber showed permanent biphasic decrease F VIIc. thus had favorable system.
