摘要: The varus-valgus stability of 20 knees with unicompartmental osteoarthritis was studied in vivo at the time total knee replacement. Intact osteoarthritic had an average 11.0 degrees motion. Removal osteophytes from compartment significantly increased motion to 13.1 (P less than 0.05), while subsequent removal nonosteoarthritic further 14.7 0.025). In primarily osteoarthritis, marginal appear stabilize knees, but can cause fixed deformity.
