摘要: Recombinant proteins are traditionally limited to linear configuration. Herein, we report in vivo protein topology engineering using highly efficient, mechanically interlocking SpyX modules named AXB and BXA. domains composed of p53dim (X), SpyTag (A), SpyCatcher (B).
