摘要: Translational research seeks to improve health care by promoting action and change in real-world settings. Although translational advocates a break from the traditional researcher-initiated approach science, strategies successfully engage clinicians leaders of delivery organizations are still under development. We propose that applying principles community-based participatory way considers systems—including their leaders, clinicians, staff—as focal community can enhance ability care. Applying methods, such as engaging collaborative partnerships, building on existing strengths, investing long-term relationships, cyclical, iterative process, be successful sustainable quality improvement at systems level.
