摘要: We developed a closed-loop model of cardiac stimulation using finite element the whole-heart embedded in torso that is proposed as an useful tool for pacemaker design and testing. The electrical activity tissue reproduced with bidomain incorporated FitzHugh-Nagumo equations. Comsol Multiphysics, both two three dimensions then exported Simulink environment where algorithm implemented. To validate model, we chose demand inhibited pacemaker, which stimulates myocardium only if intrinsic heart not revealed, but every type can be simulated. generates controlled spontaneous activation sinoatrial node it also able to reproduce realistic electrocardiographic signals effects has on them.
