摘要: This contribution describes an algal fractionation scheme based on cell lysing and carbohydrate hydrolysis under acidic conditions, coupled with solvent extraction, that produces lipids, carbohydrates, proteinaceous solid from partially dewatered biomass. A design of experiments analysis was employed to identify the effect conditions yields three product streams. By selection appropriate process can be steered simple lipid extraction near complete Lipid purification upgrading were respectively achieved a low-cost adsorbent inexpensive Ni-based catalyst deoxygenated lipids via decarboxylation/decarbonylation, approach offering several advantages over hydrodeoxygenation-based processes typically convert hydrocarbons. The solids obtained found have much lower ash content as well higher protein relative untreated algae, enhancing suitability this material feedstock for production bioplastics.
