摘要: THE STUDY INVESTIGATED POSSIBILITY OF ESTABLISHING A CORRELATION BETWEEN STRENGTHS FIELD-CURED SPECIMENS LIME-STABILIZED SOILS AND THOSE LABORATORY-CURED SPECIMENS. SEVERAL SETS EACH SOIL WERE SUBJECTED TO FIELD CURING DURING DIFFERENT PARTS SPRING, SUMMER, FALL 1961, ONLY TEMPERATURE VARIABLE WAS INVESTIGATED. DATA ANALYZED ON STRENGTH VS MATURITY BASIS. RESULTS OBTAINED INDICATE THAT PREDICTION BASED 2 DAYS AT 120 F LABORATORY CAN BE MADE WITH REASONABLE ACCURACY. RECORDED THROUGHOUT SUGGESTED SEASONAL LIMITS FOR LIME STABILIZATION. /AUTHOR/
