摘要: Building Information Modeling technology (BIM) is one of the most effective solutions to deal with trend that buildings are getting more and complicated, large-scaled, multiple-purposed. BIM in construction industry increasingly adopted since Korea Public Procurement Service announced would be obligated a project whose total cost over 50 billion won from 2012. This fact has boosted related research projects as well. However, majority studies have been focusing on technological points view there lack how much degree stakeholders satisfied adoption their projects. Therefore, objective this study investigate current status satisfaction synthesized point BIM-based order identify critical factors weak process. The results greatly help improve strategies processes well increase utilization project.
