摘要: Abstract Enzymatic degradation of pectin catalysed by Pectolyase Y23 RM (Sheishin Co., Japan) was studied in ultrafiltration membrane reactors. The mixtures products were continuously ultrafiltrated four cells connected series and equipped with decreasing molecular weight cut-off. different fractions recovered. ratio enzyme to substrate loading affected product distribution particularly the yield oligomers from 10 15 monomeric units. TLC analysis allowed identify composition samples at low (below 0.5 KDa 1 KDa). rate batch reactors not significantly presence between 6 subunits.
