摘要: Vital signs and several constituents of the serum urine show a circadian rhythm. Such rhythm is also seen in onset various diseases. Time dependent changes blood volume, functions liver kidney etc. have implications for drug availability should be taken account pharmacokinetic studies. These are subject chronopharmacokinetics.
