摘要: The advent of flow cytometry has considerably changed the ways in which medical testing is conducted. However, cost cytometers, their large size, and maintenance needs make them scarce resource-poor settings available almost only clinical pathology laboratories developed countries. Because cell enumeration a basic crucial support diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, an alternative cell-counting method that would potentially be cost-effective, portable, suitable for use warranted. We describe here protocol conducting experiments simple microfluidic structure. This describes how to build perform total white blood (WBC) count through capture immunolabeling WBCs with anti-CD45 antibody.
