摘要: Trans diiodido platinum(II) complexes bearing the same as well different aliphatic amines (mixed-amines) have interesting biological activity; cytotoxicity and interactions with some important models already been demonstrated. Herein we described interaction of such compounds ct-DNA, supercoiled linearized plasmid DNA 5-GMP. Interestingly, UV irradiation these results in an increase reactivity towards 5-GMP model systems. Additionally, trans-Pt(II) human cancer cells is noticeably increased when treatment combined for 90min UVA-irradiation. With this work provide evidence that trans can be activated by UV-light over relatively short times.
